Assisted a team of writers, photographers and videographers in creating content for multiple platforms, including the UW–Madison homepage, the university’s Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, and the weekly newsletters that go to all staff and students.
Photographed numerous events on campus, including the annual Family Football Fun Day at Camp Randall and a field trip to the Babcock Hall Dairy Store by students participating in the International Student Summer Institute. In both cases, the photos appeared online as photo galleries. In another case, my photo helped promote absentee voting for students on campus.
Collaborated with a writer to contribute photos and videos for a multimedia project capturing how families engaged with Bucky on Parade, a free public art event in which 85 artistically different statues of Bucky Badger, the university’s mascot, were placed around Madison and Dane County.
Assisted in verifying the accuracy of the office’s database of faculty experts by cross-checking the names in the database with the most-current employee directory.
Shadowed the university’s lead photographer as he evaluated the page proofs for the next issue of the “On Wisconsin” alumni magazine prior to its going to press +
